How to delete your Flagrr account
You can permanently delete your Flagrr account and all associated data directly from the app:
- Open the Flagrr app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately once confirmed — there is no waiting period.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, submitted receipts (including photos), Flagrr Cash and redemption history, membership tier and streak history, and any support or enquiry messages you've sent — aside from anything Flagrr is required to retain for legal or accounting purposes.
Can't access the app?
If you've lost access to your account (for example, you can no longer sign in), use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to regain access, then follow the steps above. If that doesn't work, reach out through the Contact Us page in the app and we'll delete your account and data on request.
